October 7th 2025- Jurors summonsed to report for jury duty on 10/07/2025, are Juror        numbers 5852 through 5924 If you are listed as needing to report, you will report to the Elbert County Justice Center located at 751 Ute Ave., Kowa CO at 8:30 a.m. Please complete your    juror questionnaire and bring it with you when reporting for jury duty. You may want to bring reading material or work with you as there will be a waiting period; however, we do not have WIFI. Please do not wear any perfume or aftershave, as some people are highly allergic. Business casual clothes, including jeans, are appropriate. Anyone in a uniformed position, please DO NOT wear your uniform to jury duty. Children may not attend jury duty. 

Prior to entering the justice center, you will be scanned by security, for weapons and           contraband. You will be required to remove all belts and any items in your pockets to proceed through security. Cell phones may be brought into the justice center.

All jurors summonsed to appear on October 15, 2025, with juror numbers 5925 through 5959 are excused and do not need to report for jury duty. You have fulfilled your jury duty obligation. Thank you.
